Information
Divided into four sections, namely the first of Twenty-five lunches all of meat, of six dishes for each. The second similarly but of fish, shellfish and crustaceans with all the natural history. The third of the same number of dishes all of eggs. The fourth finally all of vegetables similarly so. Which gives the total of 600 dishes all different. The corresponding post will follow. Notions of scaling. Preparation of various lunches and dinners. Finally the whole of the Great Week in oil and all the Lunches of use of our Beautiful Naples and surroundings in Neapolitan dialect, expressing "The true home cooking". Fifth edition completely new from the other previous ones. Naples, from the Tipografia De' Gemelli, 1847. 8°, with three plates engraved on copper, folded several times, depicting different ways of setting the table. Contemporary binding mz. leather, title and decorations in gold on the spine.
