Paris, Editions SIC, 1918. In 8°. Binding signed M. BARBIER mosaic in burgundy morocco with transversal paper bands of different colors and tones, spine with decorated author and title, gilded edges. Original edition with music by Germaine Albert-Birot and 7 drawings outside the text by Serge Ferat. In this work Apollinaire uses for the first time (and explains) the term Surrealist , a neologism used here for the first time.
