Specialist Notes
Good genuine copy of this elegantly printed edition in Venice, the first of those printed by Stagnino. The text follows the Aldine edition of 1502 edited by Bembo with the addition of the Commentary by Cristoforo Landino and the corrections by Fra' Pietro da Figino, already published in 1491. The woodcuts are based on those of the 1491 edition.
