Important edition, one of the most significant among the Dante editions of the XVI century; it was called "Dante del nasone" in reference to the portrait of the poet. For the first time, the comments of Landino and Vellutello are brought together and the comparison of the opinions of the fifteenth-century scholar with those of the sixteenth-century scholar is very interesting for the scholar.
