History of the Revolution of Naples. Entering July 1820, (Naples), Presso il Trani, sd (but 1821). 8°, Binding mz. leather with corners, label, title in gold on the spine. Original edition. Extremely rare. Biagio Gamboa, artillery captain, participated in the revolutionary movements of 1820 - 21 with Morelli and Salvati.
Specialist Notes
His diary, accompanied in the second part by official documents, which narrates the events up to 12 July 1821, together with the memoirs of Guglielmo Pepe is one of the few documents, of revolutionary origin, that have reached us.
