Naples, 1769. Oblong folio, frontispiece, dedication sheet to the “Society of Fine Arts, Manufactures and Commerce of London and 40 plates etched and signed on plate depicting beautiful and artistic views of the Phlegraean Fields. Measurement of each table cm. 38.5 x 29 plus margin. The first engraving, depicting a topographic map of the Campi Flegrei, also contains the list of tables. Binding mz. green morocco with gold corners, cords, title and friezes on the spine, friezes on the plates.
