Information
Oxford, Sheldonian Theatre, 1697. In 2nd. Elegant allegorical frontispiece with the author's portrait in oval engraved by M. Burghers, frontispiece with large illustrated vignette, text in Greek and Latin characters, tear on .p.48 gap in the margins of p. 291 and 444, several burnished files, in particular in the final part, some stains and redness, Coeval binding in brown calfskin, spine with 6 raised bands, stylized gold embossed friezes and author's compartments, red edges, some peeling, defects. Al ex libris front cover "of the Count of the Trinity".
