The collection is divided into 2 parts, the first contains the letters written by the cardinal to various correspondents (Cardinals Borghese, Borgia, d'Este, Gonzaga, Infante of Spain, Spinola Legate of Ferrara, etc.); the second contains mostly letters sent to the Duke of Monteleone in Spain.
