[Bonn, Imprimerie Electorale de la Cour., 1781.]. In 2nd. Frontispiece drawn and engraved in copper by C. Dupuis, with numerous coats of arms, 12 full-page plates of which 4 folded, original binding in half brown calfskin, in the center the tyrol embossed in gold of the front plate leather plate with dry decoration and in the center the title imprinted in gold, slight defects.
Specialist Notes
The work describes describes the great reliquary kept in the Cologne Cathedral, known as the Sanctuary of the 3 Kings, built at the end of the 12th century and attributed to Nicolas of Verdun.
