Specialist Notes
Fascinating series of tables depicting the most beautiful Roman gardens accompanied by plants. The drawings and the engravings of the panels belong to Giovanni Battista Falda and Simon Felice. Olschki, 16895: "Famous suite d'estampes, interessantes pour l'histoire du jardin au XVIIe siecle et d'une execution remarquable."
