Specialist Notes
Original edition of the oldest work on rice and the finest Italian georgic poem after Alamanni's. A famous didactic poem that discusses at length the quality of the soil, rice planting, irrigation methods, and all stages of processing this grain, from harvest to marketing. One of the finest examples of 18th-century Venetian typography.
