Perusiae, apud haeredes Sebastiani Zecchini, 1670. In-8°, modern full leather binding, three raised bands on the spine. Title page and text in black characters within a woodcut decorated frame; coat of arms of bishop Luca Alberto Patrizi in woodcut on the title page. Initials, headpieces and endpapers in woodcut. Very light marginal foxing on some leaves. Browning on the pastedowns and free covers. Overall, an excellent copy. § Together in the lot: Apezteguia Giovanni Angelo, Brevissima, et acurata omnium utriusque iuris librorum anotomy , Mediolani, ex typographia Iosephi Pandulphi Malatestae, 1710. In-4°, 188x140 mm, contemporary hardback binding covered with coloured paper, with handwritten title on the spine; pp. 69, [3]. Signs of use on the binding (abrasions on the cover paper, especially on the spine and the side edge of the front cover). Occasional stains on the leaves, which are crisp, thick, and generally clean. A good copy.

A VERY RARE COLLECTION OF LATIN AND ITALIAN VERSES CELEBRATING THE UNIVERSITY DEGREE OF DOMENICO URSUCCI (i.e. ORSUCCI) IN PERUGIA. § Original edition of this brief commentary on the most important legal texts, with some references to the Lex Salica and also to the constitution of the State of Milan, edited by the Spanish theologian and jurist, Don Giovanni Angelo de Apezteguia, professor at the University of Pavia.
