Specialist Notes

I work: & nbsp; French translation of Beccaria's famous work published for the first time in 1764, which presents only the date of 1766 on the title page. & Nbsp;
II work: & nbsp; Voltaire's text is an autonomous work that it is inspired by the reading of Beccaria's writing more than a comment. This writing, which suffered the same fate as & nbsp; Of crimes and penalties ending up in the index, met with immediate success so much that it was expanded and reprinted several times.
