Venice, Apud Haeredes Ioannis Mariae Bonelli, 1571. In 4°. Mark on the title page depicting Minerva riding a lion and the motto: "Virtuti omnia parent", large woodcut initials, text in two columns, restorations in the margins of the first and last leaves, first quires with traces of humidity and worn margins, wormhole and quires partially detached, contemporary hard parchment binding, handwritten title on the spine, minor defects.

A rare edition of this legal treatise, collecting texts by the renowned Veronese jurist Bartolomeo Cipolla (ca. 1420–1475). The volume includes numerous treatises on urban and rural servitudes, adverse possession, and various forms of possession, as well as texts on contract simulation, sales, leases, and issues relating to fugitive serfs. It also includes Cipolla's famous Tractatus cautelarum and other contributions by leading jurists of the period, including Tommaso Ferrazzi, Jean Thierry, Signorolo Omodei, and Raffaele Fulgosio.
