Title page within a typographical frame with a woodcut frieze, light uniform browning, some foxing, small restorations at the corners of the title page, modern binding in green marbled paper, gilt title within a tag on the spine. § Siniscalco, Charles. History of Vesuvius and Mount of Somma with the description of the principal Vesuvius eruptions from the year 79 CE to the recent . Naples, De Rubertis, 1890. In 8°. With 57 plates, some notes in red pencil, contemporary binding in half cloth and marbled paper, gilt title on the spine, some small losses and defects.
