Two marvelous vertical collection from Tuscany are the highlights of this Fine Wines & Spirits auction: twenty-eight vintages of Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia, starting from 1979 to 2006 and another Super Tuscan – a once in a lifetime vertical collection: Ornellaia from the very first vintage produced (1984, which was not commercialized) to the last one, 2018.
Supertuscans, great wines from North Italy like Monfortino by Conterno, Amarone by Quintarelli and Masi, and a wonderful bottle of the very best of Italian sparkling wines: Metodo Classico Fratelli Lunelli Ferrari “Bruno Lunelli” Riserva del Fondatore 1995.
Extraordinary for quality and variety is the selection of Champagne and Spirits, with a Macallan 18 YO, Ardbeg Provenance, Lagavulin Distillers Edition 1979 (1-liter size).
Lot 281: Laphroaig Samaroli 15 Year Old Sherry Wood. The legendary bottling by Silvano Samaroli of one of the most iconic Islay whisky. Bottle number 42 out of the 720 produced.
During the auction, wines from Isolabella della Croce winery will be available for a tasting, just to be ready to offer on their lots.

The Department chooses and catalogs fine and rare international wines, searching through prestigious collections, with attention to Italian wines. The most appreciated bottles by collectors and amateurs are confirmed for Italy by the Supertuscans – such as Sassicaia, Masseto, Solaia, Ornellaia – and wines such as Amarone di Quintarelli and Dal Forno, Barolo Monfortino by Giacomo Conterno or Mascarello and many others, Brunello di Montalcino as Soldera; while for France, the most important Châteaux of Bordeaux – such as Lafite Rothschild, Latour, Mouton Rothschild, Cheval Blanc, Margaux – the famous Domains of Burgundy – such as Romanée-Conti, Ramonet, Comte de Vogué, Romanée-Conti, Coche Dury, Rousseau, Jadot, Mugnier, Dugat-Py, Sauzet, Ponsot – and the prestigious Champagne, such as Dom perignon, Cristal and Salon.
