Iron skull, turban with brown fur (phoca vitulina) with signs of time, gilded brass crest with lion in relief, olive with monogram "U" under crown at the base. Gilt brass armoured chin straps, with leather lining.Tri-coloured cloth cockade. Interior with brown leather sweat-band (signs of use and time), orange silk cap. On the front, rounded silver cross. In period wooden case with remains of interior padding and sand-coloured paint. Together with a leather cockade (pertinent?). Rare and interesting.
