Short, round, rifled, 17 mm cal. barrels (clean bore, clearly visible rifling), browning with damascus design; provided with high rib engraved with floral motifs at the base, then signed "C. Pirko in Wien" in gold, three-distance rear sight (50, 200 and 300), precision foresight. Tang finely engraved with floral motifs. Gold-inlaid forward spring locks signed "CARL PIRKO / IN WIEN"; lock plates and cocks finely engraved with floral motifs in bas-relief on a black background. Safety lock. Well working mechanism. Three-quarter stocks with micro-chequered palm rest and grip. Iron mounts decorated en suite. Butt-plate with double compartment, the lid engraved and foldaway. Working set trigger. Brass-tipped, iron ramrod.
