Octagonal, 17 mm cal. barrels, one with straight rifling, the other with spiral rifling, both with clean bore and visible rifling, with damascus design, raised and flat rib, this one marked with silver-inlaid inscription "V. FUNK & SÖHNE IN SUHL" at the base; decorated rear sight, silver foresight. Tang engraved with spirals. Forward spring locks, one marked "V. FUNK & SÖHNE", the other "IN SUHL"; both engraved with animals in the woods and with floral motifs; safety locks resting on wheel with spring. Wooden half stock with checkered grip and side sculpted with floral motifs. Patchbox. Iron mounts decorated en suite. Trigger guard with pierced curl. Brass-tipped, wooden ramrod with cartridge extractors. One of the triggers with set trigger.
