Specialist Notes

Produced for two decades, from 1937 to 1957, reference 533 is one of the rarest chronograph models by Patek Philippe; it is estimated that the total production was approximately 300 specimens. Similar to the iconic 130, reference 533 features a flat bezel rather than concave. The cases, made primarily in yellow gold, were produced in rose gold too but in extremely limited quantities. The watch proposed in this catalogue represents the most sought-after configuration by collectors, with the rose gold case housing a stunning salmon coloured dial.
