Title page and 24 original lithographs signed on the plate and some dated on the plate, plates mounted on blue cardboard, slight foxing, restoration on the lower margin of the title page, modern red half morocco binding with corners and marbled paper, gilt title on the spine.

A rare complete collection of the Swedish-born artist's impressions of his travels from Rome to Naples. The plates are often caricatural and have ironic captions in Italian, Neapolitan, Swedish, French, and English.
