Genoa, [Antonio Roccatagliata], 1581. In 8°. Two parts in one volume, typographical marks on the two title pages, browning, small traces of humidity, some foxing, pages 4-5 restored in the center with significant tears, first installments slightly loosened, contemporary rustic cardboard binding, body of the book partially detached from binding, minor defects. Paper ex libris on the backplate by Gherardo Molza.

Curious little work on practical medicine, rather rare.Veronese doctor and philosopher, student of the University of Padua, flourished in Genoa between 1578 and 1616. Author of 3 other works published in the 16th century .: The beauties of Genoa, 1583; an Oration to the Most Serene Nicolò da Ponte, 1578; Treatise on Jealousy, 1581.
