Specialist Notes
Very rare original edition of this important political treatise of Machiavellian inspiration. Composed by Lucio Paolo Rosello Padoano with two orations by Isocrates conforming to the same subject, translated by the same from Greek into the Italian vernacular. In Venice. Gamba and Brunet are missing. See Moreri II, p. 267 "Very rare. It is composed of two discussions in dialogue between the Marquis della Terza, Ferrante Caraffa and Muzio, and of two orations by Isocrates conforming to the same subject translated by the same from Greek into the vernacular".
