In 8th square, pp. 140 for the text, with 20 original illustrations and XLIV plates and 24 out of text: 5 color lithographs by Victor Brauner, Max Ernst, Jacques Hérold, Wilfredo Lam and Joan Mirò, 5 etchings, one of which in color, by Hans Bellmer, Marcel Jean, Maria, Yves Tanguy and Dorothée Tanning, 2 woodcuts by Jean Arp and 12 lithographs in black by Serge Brignomi, Alexander Calder, Bruno Capacci, Elisabeth van Damme, Julio de Diego, Enrico Donati, David Hare, Jacqueline Lanba, Matta, Kay Sage, Yve Tanguy, Toyen. The impression of the etchings is the work of Lacourière, that of the woodcuts and lithographs in black and color are the work of the Mourlot brothers. All plates, woods and stones were destroyed after printing. Original edition paperback with slipcase, illustrated by a photographic reproduction of the original poster by Marcel Duchamp. Minor flaws.
