Information
Venice, Heirs of Lucantonio Giunta, 1547. In 2 °. Woodblock mark on the title page and finally, initials engraved in wood, on paper 3G3 correction of the text by means of a paper insert glued to the white margin, repairs to the white inner margin of the first issues and some papers of the last ones, blooms, some burnished paper, missing the 'last sheet of issue 3 white, coeval binding in soft parchment, smooth spine with manuscript author and title, small lacks at the ends of the plates, some stains. Signature of belonging to the title page and on the last sheet.

Beautiful edition in & nbsp; large format. The first edition of Nardi's translation and commentary is from 1540. Adams L1362.
