Bologna, Baldassarre Azzoguidi, 1476. In 2°. Testo su due colonne in elegante carattere romano, capilettera dipinte a mano in rosso e blu, prima carta con restauro marginale e lacuna in corrispondenza della prima iniziale, con relativa perdita di diverse lettere, manca la carta finale dell'Indice ovvero t10, aloni, alcune carte lente, legatura del sec.XVII in mezza pergamena e cartone.
