Carattere gotico, testo su 2 colonne, spazio per capilettera con letterine guida, iniziali in inchiostro bruno e rosso, rubricato in rosso e bruno, prima carta con macchie, aloni di mumidità, rinforzi al margine interno di 2 carte, lacuna al margine bianco di i2, fori di tarlo, legatura posteriore in mezza pergamena.
