Girolamo Frezza, 6 folded copper plates and numerous full-page tables, in the text woodcut figures and illustrations, drop caps and friezes, blooms and brownings, gap in the lower margin of M2, hole affecting the text at Hh5, some spots and halos, coeval half leather binding with title within red gusset on the spine, defects.
Specialist Notes
Second edition of this work on Rome, which also contains in the appendix the Memoirs of various antiquities found in various places in the city of Rome, written by Flaminio Vacca in the year 1594 and the Discourse of Ottavio Falconieri around the pyramid of C . Cestio and the paintings, which are in it with some annotations over an ancient inscription.
