Me-no-shita-men type, made of black lacquered iron. Removable nosepiece. Toothless mouth opening. Odayori-no-ita on the cheeks. Lacquered in red inside. Yodarekake with four Kiritsuke-kozane (cut plates) lacquered in black and an Egawa (patterned dyed deerskin) in a type of Koumori-zuke. The Susoita (last plate) gilded at the border. Navy blue Sugake. Small defects to the lacquering, the rest in good condition.
