Specialist Notes

As had already happened with Appia, Flavia and Flaminia, Lancia entrusted Zagato with the task of creating a sports version of the Fulvia. It was launched in 1965 and had the same mechanics as the Coupé, but thanks to better aerodynamics it reached high top speeds. It was produced with various engines and in various series. Our car, chassis 3246, is one of 2600 examples of the second series of the 1.3 S, produced from 1970 to 1972. Registered on 9 August 1972, it spent its entire life in Trieste. In 1977 it passed to the second owner until 1981, when it was purchased by the previous owner who kept the car until 2021. The car well known by the current owner because it was always serviced in his workshop. Today it is in excellent condition with bodywork, interior and mechanics. It has undergone a complete restoration. The interior is not original and is not correct but it was done very well. It features a non-original but perfectly restored dashboard and an aftermarket Sparco steering wheel. The lot includes both the original steering wheel and the original but unrestored dashboard. It has been extremely repainted, the front bumper was removed to fit two additional headlights to make the car more aggressive. It came with original plate and log book.
