Specialist Notes
Volkswagen 1500, chassis no. 0372265, is a vehicle from 1964. It is one of the cars chosen for the Saottini Collection. It is preserved from the external point of view, repainted in its original ruby red (L456); the chrome is in good condition. As for the interiors, they are complete but very worn, especially the front seats that need to be reupholstered. The car was sold new by the Saottini dealership to its sole owner. Originally registered in Brescia, it was officially removed from the vehicle registry in 1991 but, as per the owner's declaration, has not been driven on public roads since 1981.The engine is the matching number originally mounted, according to documents of the parent company.
