XVII Olympiad in Rome (25 August – 11 September 1960)
On the cover, a State Police motorboat in full navigation, with two on board
uniformed officers. Title " GUARD CORPS OF
PUBLIC SAFETY – 1961 CALENDAR " complete with red silk cord with tassel at the end.
Color illustrations, with a flaming Olympic torch in the central pages
on a high pedestal made of stone blocks, flanked by a display
symmetrical display of flags of the participating nations; at the top appear the
Olympic rings. The names are listed vertically on the sides of the composition.
