One-sheet letter, single-sided, letterhead THE HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT with FERT logo and fasces.
Dated 16 August 1931 , addressed to Bottai (Giuseppe, ed. - Rome, 3 September 1895 – Rome, 9 January 1959) then Minister of Corporations, in which Mussolini speaks of a "... note from Maestro Mascagni (Pietro, ed.) ... a law is modified which was defined - at the time of its entry into force - as a sort of masterpiece which put us at the forefront etc etc"
