Dated March 26, IX (1931), Mussolini drafts a note of things to do, for SE Bottai:

" 1/ I return the typewritten and handwritten papers concerning the oil policy and Agip - 2/ it is necessary to give substance without further delay to the regional reorganization of Agip ... < omitted regarding the reorganization of the board of directors, the Milan-Rome duplication, the Fiume refinery > ... This program can and must be implemented as soon as the Agip Assembly has taken place - Mussolini "
