dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Sardinian Kingdom, Straight, single-and-false-edged blade, with central fuller that doubles to the weak, the base engraved with Savoy eagle under crown, trophies and floral motifs on both sides. Typical bronze hilt, with grip covered with silver foil similar to the wire binding. Complete with leather scabbard with bronze mounts (minor damage to the cap) and two suspension rings. length 98.5 cm.
