Cream coloured dial, applied indexes and arabic numerals.
Hand-winding movement.
Stainless steel riveted elastic Oyster bracelet.
Size: 35 mm.
Notes: Reference 4500 was launched in the 1940s and marked a turning point for Rolex in the design of its chronographs, introducing a new case silhouette with straighter and more pointed lugs. The model is known as the grandfather of the iconic Daytona line.
