The Artwork, executed in 1922, and detached in the early 1970s, is part of the cycle of frescoes made by Gerardo Dottori at Villa Barberini in Passignano sul Trasimeno.
Within the villa, the Author conceived an extensive decorative scheme that affected both the internal spaces, adorned with geometric motifs, and the upper external band of the building, animated by lakeside figures of female nudes and cherubs, waterfowl and vegetation typical of the area.
