The table top was created by several people for Luigi De Luca publisher: the scissors and the typographic characters refer to the profession.
In the centre is the Battistero di Gentilini, surrounded by a tondo by Maccari (above a drawing by Tamburi), a composition by Afro, a book with poetry by de Libero, figures by Pirandello, and a portrait of Purificato.
The base of the table in nitro-painted iron sheet was made to a design and by the architect Valeria Sissa.
