Specialist Notes

Facsimile of the Codex Vyssegradensis, a Romanesque manuscript made in the Danube area in the late 11th century. Known as the "Gospel of the coronation of King Vratislaus", it is considered one of the major illuminated manuscripts of Bohemian origin.
