Octagonal, rifled, 16 mm cal barrel, the base with frame and two ‘OS’ marks within a shield, long groove starting at the tang, iron rear sight and brass foresight. External wheel lock with flat plate, the wheel cover in the shape of a heart, engraved and carved spring and hammer, pan with snap cover; inside some engravings. Wooden full stock decorated with bone plates and inlays with floral motif engraving, the two plates on either side of the tang with grotesque animals and on the back a small shield with monogram ‘OS’ (which probably indicates that this is the same master who manufactured the barrel). The patch-box covered with finely engraved bone featuring a pair of nobles. Anatomical, iron trigger guard. Trigger with working set trigger. Bone-tipped, wooden ramrod This lot is imported from a non-EU country and incurs additional taxes beyond the auction house commission and the V.A.T. Consequently, the total Buyer’s Premium, inclusive of all taxes, amounts to 35%.
