“This work is part of a series of works on choice. In this version a number of green beans were available for selection ... the three selected green beans were arranged on a surface to be photographed. For any reason, I chose one of the three green beans. The selection process was photographed. The chosen green bean was put aside, the other green beans discarded. Two new green beans were added. The following choice was made and so on. Each participant reveals strategies unknown to the other player, as the selection process continues until all the green beans are used. "
