dating: last quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Madura Island, Straight, double-edged blade made of fine pamor, ribbed at the center, base with double fuller. Frame of later period, wooden ukiran sculpted with a stylized parrot's head. Smooth, wooden mendak. Wooden mendak sculpted with floral motifs, smooth gandar (a restoration, probably not pertinent) with red rope bands. length 42.5 cm.
