dating: 19th Century provenance: Tanimbar Islands, Long, single-edged blade enlarging towards the weak with hollow tip at the back, an opening for the fiber suspension rope at the girdle, decorated with three pendants. Wooden grip with angled pommel, decorated with partially engraved, bone plaques. Interesting and rare variation of a klewang. length 94.5 cm.
