Smoothbore, two-stage barrels with small engraving and frames grooved at the girdles. Powder chambers with a crowned Medicean mark. Beautiful snaphaunce locks, rounded plates with fine floral engravings, swan-necked hammers, screws with masks signed "CZ" (standing for Cassiano Zanotti) inside. Beautiful iron mounts engraved with vine-shoot and floral motifs, small masks carved in bas-relief. Dark walnut full stock with typical "Tuscan-Emilian" carvings. Original ramrods with iron cartridge extractors.
