dating: 1886 provenance: USA, Round, rifled barrel (visible rifling), with foresight and adjustable rear sight, company brand on left side, patents until 1885 and other inscriptions, company mark 'PW'. Marking of the calibre '33 W.C.F.'. Frame with upper tang marked 'MODEL 1886' and other inscriptions, lower tang with serial number '147xxxA. On the left side a hand engraved inscription (considerably later than the weapon). Working mechanism. Remains of antique bluing.
