dating: 16th Century provenance: Germany, Made of iron, six-flange head, ribbed at the centre and undulated at the edges, acorn-shaped cusp. Cylindrical, two-stage shaft, octagonal at the first part with two shields at the centre and a hole for the strap, the base carved with coils, twisted pommel. length 63 cm.
