Information
dating: 1888 - 1889 provenance: Kingdom of Italy, Rifled, octagonal, 10,4 mm cal. barrel at the nozzle, with foresight. Six-shot cylinder. Working mechanism in double and single action, remains of marks including 'RS'. Marking 'GLISENTI BRESCIA'. Bluing (antique?). Grip with checkered, wooden grips. Ring for the strap. Produced in the short period from 1888 to 1889 and probably made in a few examples, it was conceived to provide the Army with a more compact weapon, i.e. one with a shorter barrel.
