dating: Third quarter of the 19th Century provenance: USA, Octagonal, 31cal barrel featuring conical brass front sight, with remains of the company's mark and of the patent. Ten-shot cylinder with five chambers, each chamber housing two superimposed charges, the back of the cylinder with ten pistons. Brass frame and grip. Spur trigger. Smooth walnut grips. Double iron hammer. Barrel and cylinder with a slight play, signs of use and time, small crack on the left side. Working mechanism. Revolver with a peculiar mechanism featuring superimposed charges and double hammer. See Flayderman's Guide, 9th Edition, page 375. length 21,5 cm.
