dating: 18th/19th Century provenance: Germany, Wide, double-edged blade of lenticular section, the first part grooved at the center with the Wolf of Passau on one side and remains of inscription on the other side, both bronze-inlaid. Hilt of later period with rectangular quillon block and quillons curved toward the blade. Oval faceted pommel with geometric carvings. Wooden handle with metal wire binding and smooth iron ring nuts. length 123 cm.
