Brass skull with refreshed gilt finishing (some small dents), stamped crest with an anterior band of palmettes and a raised Medusa head; the marmouset probably restored; horsehair brush and black tail. Frontal frieze with a grenade between oak and laurel leaves, complete with an old red plume. Chin-strap of braided brass wire on leather band. Interior with leather-covered visors, leather sweat band with a dark cotton bag.
